Management and Organization


Along with being a creative in production, I also excel at managing other editors and collaborators by staying organized in my workflow.

I created a system through Asana to easily track and manage content calendars and facilitate communications on each post.
Tasks are created for each feed post and color-coded to see which type of content is being posted.




Each task card includes easy-to-see details such as due dates, status, and categories relevant to the calendar for quick tagging and referencing.



The cards have direct links to view iterations of each social post edit and subtasks to assign out quickly.


Each task has a corresponding folder for the post containing assets, working files, and the final product.
